Approved photographs and video recordings may be used for team promotion, website content, social media, recruiting exposure, tournament coverage, organizational announcements, and printed promotional materials when appropriate permission exists.

For minors, the organization should use a separate media-release process for a parent or legal guardian. The release should identify permitted media, purpose, channels, duration, geographic scope, and restrictions. Participation should not be conditioned on optional publicity consent unless established and reviewed.
