Carolina Syndicate Baseball serves youth athletes and asks that player inquiries for minors be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. Public forms should collect only information reasonably needed for recruiting or program communication and should not request unnecessary medical information, home addresses, birth dates, school schedules, or direct personal contact details from children.

Parent or guardian permission may be needed before publishing a minor’s name, photograph, likeness, video, recruiting profile, roster information, or social media content. Publicity permission should be handled separately from participation unless a lawful and reviewed requirement applies. A simple checkbox may not be enough for every consent situation.

Requests to correct or remove youth-athlete information may be sent to carolinasyndicatebaseball@gmail.com. The organization must verify its consent process, form design, access controls, retention practices, and legal requirements before publication.
